About You

  • Diploma (desirable) or Tier 1/2 qualification in Insurance Broking).
  • Drive for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Motivation to achieve KPIs related to retention, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in client-facing broking roles.
  • Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
